Corporate Advisory

The Firm provides corporate advisory services, particularly structuring and re-structuring exercises, mergers and acquisitions, strategic sale transactions, corporate governance and compliance with statutory regulations as well as company secretarial services.

Cross-Border Transactions

The Firm is able to conduct/manage international transactions and working with teams of foreign lawyers to ensure compliance with local corporate laws, and ensuring effective capital structures to meet transactional and regulatory requirements on complex, multi-party transactions and local asset transfer requirements.

Employment

The Firm offers advisory work with regards to employment, labour and industrial law, including advising on possible options, proposals and negotiations on retrenchment and redundancy, closure and change of ownership of businesses / management, and aspects of employment law in relation to take-overs and mergers.

The Firm also assists in the implementation of internal disciplinary proceedings and the conduct of domestic inquiries.

The Firm also advises on the drafting of terms and conditions of employment in respect of both individual contracts as well as employee handbooks.
