Born and raised in Selangor, Muhammad Danish Bin Izam earned his Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2023. He began his pupillage at Messrs Shahir Khubayb & Co.

On April 19, 2024, Danish was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and offered to be retained by Shahir Khubayb & Co. as an associate to further his legal career.

During his pupillage, Danish gained valuable experience handling complex litigation matters, including construction disputes, corporate and commercial conflicts, shareholder disputes, general contract claims, tort cases, arbitration disputes and a portion of criminal litigation. Danish also had the privilege of assisting the partner in various capacities, including assisting during trials, participating in client meetings, and independently attending to case management. This experience allowed him to develop a deeper understanding of the legal process, refine his litigation skills, and gain invaluable hands-on experience in managing complex legal matters autonomously.

Danish's passion for civil litigation flourished during his pupillage, driving him to enhance his contributions to the justice system.

Danish is actively collaborating with the partners in general litigation, demonstrating a strong commitment to managing complex and contentious cases with exceptional proficiency.
