Profile
Mirdza Fahim Mohd Fadzli is an associate focusing on litigation and dispute resolution. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from Aberystwyth University, Wales, and a Postgraduate Diploma in the Bar Training Course from the University of the West of England, Bristol.
He was called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple on 23 November 2023 and was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 13 December 2024.
Having successfully completed his pupillage under the tutelage of Shahir Ab Razak, Mirdza now focuses on civil and commercial litigation matters. His areas of practice include shareholder disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, defamation, contractual disputes, and construction disputes. Additionally, he has experience in commercial crime litigation, dealing with issues related to corporate fraud, breach of trust, and financial misconduct.
In addition to litigation, he has developed an interest in alternative dispute resolution, such as negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. He acknowledges the importance of these approaches in resolving disputes efficiently and cost-effectively, especially in commercial and contractual matters.
Mirdza approaches legal work with an emphasis on clear communication and practical solutions.
He is fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu and has conversational proficiency in Mandarin, allowing him to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Beyond his legal practice, he is an avid football enthusiast and a dedicated supporter of Manchester United.
